Having both started their restaurant careers nearly before child-labor laws existed, Brian and Lee have decades upon decades of combined experience, having worked in just about every type of kitchen, from truck stops and 'dance' clubs to fine dining and country clubs. What that translates to is a pair of chefs who get bored easily and are complete control freaks and what THAT means is an ever-changing truck menu to keep your mouth happy along with consistently prepared favorites that you've come to know & love.
Moderation is good...in moderation. So save that for the days you're not eating at The Rhino; we believe that over-the-top is an excellent place to be but that doesn't mean it's just about quantity. It means we take the extra steps like slow-roasting garlic for our roasted garlic & balsamic mayo for our Original Rhino Burger, or grating horseradish for our scratch-made horseradish sauce (served along side of our Prime Rib Sandwich), or chopping the apples just so for our signature Granny Smith Apple Coleslaw. And while those details may be small, we think they make a BIG difference.
For the summer months, you'll find us in the truck, cruising around with all kinds of mouth-watering goodness and the best place to keep track of our schedule and daily menu is on our Facebook page. For the summer months, the café will only be open on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 9pm for our incredible Prime Rib night (2 for $25 - full dinners). The café will also be available for private parties and groups and of course we're always happy to provide catering services, with the truck or more traditionally, without. Weddings, street parties, birthdays, employee appreciation events, we do it all!
